My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were perfect with all the essential amenities, though there was some noise from the square at night. The service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The location was absolutely ideal, centrally located yet peaceful. My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were large and comfortable with a great view of the skyline of Santiago. The beds were super cozy, but it did get a bit noisy at night. The service was top-notch, especially when we arrived late at night. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. The dining experience was exceptional, especially the Croissants!
